Married with a dead person?

It is amazing how life changes. Coming from a Christan prospective, the bible teaches us that there is no life after death. The bible clearly teaches that there is no knowledge after one is dead. Eccl 9:5

For the living know that they will die,
but the dead know nothing;
they have no further reward,
and even the memory of them is forgotten.

I was amazed to hear that someone in France got married to someone else who passed away four years ago. Interesting. I am just wondering what could be the reasons for that. I remember part of my wedding vows saying "till death do us apart". It is unbelievable where the word is going. I really thought the marriage was something in each one engages because he loves and happy to share his life with someone else (happy and sad moments) and support each other in whatever they will be doing. How could someone understand this. I will try.

Being married with someone who is supposed to be alive but is not would probably presume that there is another life after death sorry life after life? Lets not be deceived. The devil exists and we are surrounded with his servants. Since Man has sinned, we come to life with a tendency of evil. This does not mean that we should share our life with the devil. There is much better to life. If you read this you are certainly alive. Lets look at the nature, I am sure everyone would agree with me that we have a beautiful world which unfortunately is being destroyed by pollution. Nevertheless, our world is beautiful. I can not tell how it is when you are dead, but I know there is only darkness, nothing for the bible says Eccl 9:10

10 Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with all your might, for in the grave, [a] where you are going, there is neither working nor planning nor knowledge nor wisdom.

I will certainly not comprehend the ways of the devil. Being committed to the devil does not make sense and will not make sense for I know my Redeemer lives.
